Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 14 September 2020 administrative amendments were made to clauses 19 and 20 to replace Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance with Director, Internal Audit due to University restructure.

On 25 November 2019 the Risk Management policy and the Compliance Management policy were published on the Policy Library. These documents update and streamline the University's risk and compliance management processes and replace the:

- Risk and Compliance Management policy

- Breach Management procedure

- Compliance Management procedure; and

- Risk Management procedure.

The new Risk Management policy sets out the guiding role of the Risk Management Statement and specifies the role of Council, the Audit and Risk Committee, the Academic Board and management.
