Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 5 March 2016, the Vice-Chancellor approved a consequential amendment to the Code of Conduct, whereby the definition of conflict of interest in the Code was brought into line with that in the revised Conflict of Interest procedure also approved by the Vice-Chancellor on 5 March 2016.



On 1 November 2016, the Chief Operating Officer approved a minor amendment to the Code including the words "act honestly" in clause 6(c).
