Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 17 May 2019 amendments to the Working at Deakin policy suite were made to streamline processes and provide greater clarity. This process revoked the Workforce Design and Planning policy, Induction procedure and Succession Planning procedure. Amendments were made to the Employment of Staff policy, Performance and Development policy, DeakinAchieve Performance and Development Program procedure and the Probation (Academic Staff) procedure. In particular the Performance Management policy was retitled Performance and Development policy to emphasise staff development and align with the DeakinAchieve process.
