Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 23 May 2022 the Payment Card Security policy was amended to: - remove training requirements for staff accepting card payments due to changes to process (clause 8 removed) - remove acceptable circumstances for accepting card data by mail (cls 11e, 15) - remove process for storing and disposing of hardcopy cardholder data and remove exemption for electronically storing cardholder data (cls 14 to 17); and - align with the University's new operating model and structure.
