On 1 December 2020 administrative amendments were made to clause 20 to replace reference to ‘General Manager, HR Operations’ with ‘Deputy Executive Director, Human Resources’; and to replace reference to ‘Prinicpal Adviser’ with ‘Director, Remuneration, Benefits and Evaluation’. This Procedure was revised on 6 July 2017 to align with the Deakin University Enterprise Agreement 2017, in particular:Job Design and Evaluation procedure
