Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 2 February 2023 amendments were made to the Job Design and Evaluation procedure to:
- clause 15 to delete reference to HR Central and provide that the Job Evaluation Application form is submitted directly to the relevant Senior People and Culture Partner
- clause 17 to reflect a new unit structure.
