Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This Procedure formalises Deakin's commitment to comply with the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012 and Customs Act 1901 which regulate the export and supply of controls, goods, technology and software listed of the Defence and Strategic Goods List (DSGL). The Procedure outlines the responsibilities of all University staff and students to comply with the provisions of the DTCA.
