Summary of Changes from Previous Version
• change the title of the Procedure to Complaints: Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Victimisation and Vilification (Staff) Procedure
• clarify informal resolution strategies and delineation of responsibilities
• extend the timeline for an external investigator to produce a report from 20 working days to 6 weeks and to expand who the report can be circulated to
• The role of parties in undertaking any resultant disciplinary action has been clarified, with disciplinary action the responsibility of the Director People Partnering and Solutions (or nominee). The amended Procedure also clarifies that any disciplinary action will only be discussed with relevant parties and not with the complainant.
Additional amendments were made to positions and titles and to enhance clarity.
