Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The new Deakin University Statute and University Regulations (University legislation) came into effect on 1 January 2021. Concurrently, the existing University statutes and regulations were revoked, including Regulation 3.1(5) - Professors and Emeritus Professors. This new Emeritus Professors Appointment policy sets out the criteria and process for appointing Emeritus Professors.
