This Procedure was established on the date of approval recorded in its Preamble section. On 1 February 2016 policies and procedures were moved to the University's new Policy Library. For all intents and purposes the current version of this document is reflective of that published in the Guide prior to the new system launch. The document has been subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system and section headings. An administrative amendment was made on 2 October 2018 to delete references to Schedule A, including deletion of clause 2.
