This Procedure was approved for revocation on 20 December 2019 effective from 15 January 2020. Content from this Procedure has been subsumed into the Credit Card policy.

The Credit Card procedure was amended to simplify and clarify credit card processes. Transactions less than $75 The new clause 16 was amended to clarify that a tax invoice could be used as supporting documentation for transactions $75 or less The new clause 18 clarified that transactions for $75 or less did not require a statutory declaration where invoices were unavailable or lost provided sufficient detail was provided to explain the business purpose of the transaction. The previous clauses 20 and 40a were deleted as unnecessary. Associated clause renumbering and minor formatting amendments were made.
