Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This Procedure was revised to align with the Deakin University Enterprise Agreement 2017, in particular:

- clarification of the incremental progress – must meet at least satisfactory performance

- inclusion of new clause 30 setting out that upto 5% of staff can access an alternative super funds pending approval

- clarification of who qualifies, maximum amount payable, and the timing of leave loading

- inclusion of new clauses (58-61) and revisions to clarify the recovery of overpayments process

- typographical errors and nonclementure revised as appropriate.
