Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 1 December 2020 an administrative amendment was made to clause 42 to replace reference to ‘HR Adviser/Partner’ with ‘Senior HR Business Partner/HR Business Partner’.

On 5 August 2020 amendments were made to the Flexible Work Arrangements procedure to: • remove the requirement to complete a Teleworking Agreement when working from home • clarify that staff bringing children on campus (other than in public spaces) requires the approval of the relevant manager • clarify that the directives of the government and the Vice-Chancellor/University in response to the COVID 19 pandemic overrides this Procedure • update relevant links.
