This Procedure was established on the date of approval recorded in its preamble section. On 1 February 2016 policies and procedures were moved to the University's new Policy Library. For all intents and purposes the current version of this document is reflective of that published in the Guide prior to the new system launch. The document has been subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system and section headings. This Procedure was amended on 2 June 2017 to include reference to Digital Accessibility Guidelines in clause 11. On 13/12/2018 the Public Relations and Marketing procedure was amended to replace Schedule A: Merchandise Procurement Application Form in clauses 2 and 14 with a link to the online form in the new clause 13.Public Relations and Marketing procedure
