Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The amendments to the Policy were approved by the Chief Operating Officer on 9 February 2016, expanding content around activation, program management and validation in alignment with the relevant international standards and good practice guides. Formatting and language has also been simplified, improving usability. The changes also reflect the linkage of Critical Incident Management and Business Continuity Management, ensuring clarity of process.
