Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 21 June 2022 minor amendments were made to the Workplace Bullying policy to:
- reflect the new organisational structure arising from Deakin Reimagined
• Clarify how students can make bullying complaints against staff (clause 3 & 8)
• Addition of statement that the University will treat reports of bullying seriously and respond impartially and confidentially (clause 5)
• Change of list of examples of bullying behaviours to align with work safe guidelines and community standards (clause 7)
• Change reference to “acceptable standards of conduct” with the recently updated Code of Conduct (clause 12)
