Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 27 March 2024 amendments were made to the Delegations Policy to:
- give effect to the new project governance structure comprising the Strategic Initiatives Investment Board and Operational Initiatives Investment Board and detail the authority and reporting lines for each Board
- clarify when a project involving expenditure of less than $10 million may be declared a major project, and
- update clause references.
