On 22 June 2022 Deakin’s People and Culture policies were amended to align with the new organisational structure arising from Deakin Reimagined and to streamline policies. This process revoked the Reward and Recognition policy, DeakinAchieve – Performance and Development Program procedure, Staff Development policy and Staff Awards procedure. Relevant information from those policy documents was moved into the Employment of Staff policy and the Performance, Development and Recognition procedure. On 2 June 2021 administrative amendments were made to the Reward and Recognition policy to reflect that the the Achievement Relative to Opportunity Schedule had moved from the Gender Equity in Research policy to the Diversity and Inclusion policy.Reward and Recognition policy
