Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 26 July 2021, the Student Complaints Resolution policy and procedure were amended to: • Change Manager Student Complaints and Appeals to Dean of Students or nominee (Policy clause 12 and throughout the Procedure) • Change Student Complaints Office to Office of Dean of Students (throughout the Procedure) • Update clause references (Procedure clauses) • Align terminology regarding lawyers with Dean of Students policies (Procedure clause 6) • Update term sexual harassment/assault to sexual harm to align with Sexual harm policy (procedure clause 7, 21c) • Delete detail for various ways of submitting student complaints form (Procedure clause 15) • Update hyperlinks (Procedure clause 15) • Update Enquiries details in the Policy and Procedure • Deletion to reflect new complaint system (Procedure clause 10). On 30 July 2021 a further administrative amendment was made to clause 30 to change Manager Student Complaints and Appeals to Dean of Students or nominee.
