Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 20 February 2024 the Student Complaints Resolution Policy and procedure were substantially revised. The revised Students Complaints Resolution Policy provides a framework for resolving student complaints in a way that contributes to a supportive, educative and fair learning environment. The revised Student Complaints Resolution procedure streamlines and sets out a tiered process for student complaints resolution including local resolution (clauses 10 to 13), central resolution by Student Complaints (clauses 14 to 22) and review of a complaint outcome (clauses 23-26).
