Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This Policy was amended on 6 March 2017 to provide consistency around the definition of bullying. On 11 August 2017 an administrative amendment was made to make the Policy definition of ‘complaint’ consistent with the definition of complaint in the Student Complaints Resolution procedure. The definition of complaint was amended from ‘a properly lodged expression of dissatisfaction requiring formal resolution’ to ‘an expression of dissatisfaction requiring formal resolution’.
