Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The proposed changes to the Procurement policy suite:
- adopt more contemporary procurement practices
- reinforce the University's ethical, transparent and strategic procurement principles
- strengthen control of high risk and high value procurement; and
- ensure general procurement processes are simpler and more accessible for Deakin staff.
