Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 14 November 2022, amendments were made to the ICT Acceptable Use Procedure to reflect unique password requirements (clause 7) and include reference to ‘associates’ and revised wording regarding automatic forwarding of accounts (clause 13).


Changes were also made to align the procedure with changes to Deakin’s organisational structure including updating the Responsible Executive for the procedure and changing reference from ‘esolutions’ to ‘Digital Services’ in clause 7.
