Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 10 January 2020 the new Information and Communications Technology Acceptable Use policy and procedure and revised Information and Communications Technology Security policy were published. These documents reflect a more contemporary and encompassing view of ICT. These documents replace the: - Information and Communications Technology Security policy and Information and Communications Technology Security procedure -Information and Communications Technology Use policy and Information and Communications Technology Use procedure - Information and Communications Technology Data Storage procedure - Information Technology Facilities Access procedure - Information Technology Service Provision policy; and - Corporate Internet Access Using Commercial Networks procedure.
