Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Administrative amendments were made to the Higher Education Courses Approval and Review Procedure on 15 June 2018 to replace the references to the ‘Pro Vice-Chancellor Research Training and Performance Enhancement’ with ‘Pro Vice-Chancellor Researcher Development and Integrity’ in clauses 8, 12, 17, 38, 43.


This Procedure has been amended to improve clarity of the two types of course approvals required; introduces a requirements that non-award courses which may leader to credit requires academic approval; introduces adjustments to the requirements for external references of assessment where carried out in real time; and clarifies that faculty approval is required for discontinuations.
