Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Procedure has been amended to:
- update the definition of the �~total life cycle considerations’ to include asset disposing in clause 15c
-remove outdated reference to the Procurement Advisory Board in clause 11
-align with the University's new operating model and structure including updating the approval authority for contracts over $500 00 0from the Chief Operating Officer to the Executive Vice-President, Resources in Clause 7.
