On 21 June 2022 the Workplace Relations procedure was revoked. Relevant content was incorporated into the Workplace Relations policy. Clauses 8, 9 and 10 were not moved into the Policy as they are a duplication of Deakin’s Enterprise Agreement provisions. On 18 December 2018 minor amendments to clause 3 were made to ensure that the terms and conditions for staff employed pursuant to Senior Staff Performance Contracts are consistent with the provisions (exclusions) in clause 19 of the Enterprise Agreement.Workplace Relations procedure
