Summary of Changes from Previous Version

On 1 December 2020 an administrative amendment was made to clause 10 to replace reference to ‘HR Partner/Client Partner’ with ‘Senior HR Business Partner/HR Business Partner’.

On 30 January 2020 an administrative amendment was made to clause 5(g) of the Flexible arrangements policy to replace the term ‘gender transition’ with ‘gender affirmation’ to align with amendments to the Gender Affirmation procedure.

On 18 October minor amendments were made to the Flexible Work Arrangements policy and procedure to provide clarity in relation to the process and criteria for approving pre-retirement contracts, remove outdated references to ‘teleworking’ and to align with current practice.
