On 22 June 2022 Deakin’s People and Culture policies were amended to align with the new organisational structure arising from Deakin Reimagined and to streamline policies. This process revoked the Staff Development policy, Reward and Recognition policy, Staff Awards procedure and DeakinAchive – Performance and Development Program procedure. Relevant information from these policies was moved into the Employment of Staff policy and Performance, Development and Recognition procedure. On 10 October 2017 this Policy was amended to update terminology and to align with the Deakin University Enterprise Agreement 2017.Staff Development policy
