On 24 May 2019 the University's policies on space management and infrastructure were updated. This involved: 1. revoking the: Space Management policy; Space Management and Allocation procedure; Management of University Physical Facilities policy and; Facilities Management procedure. 2. making the new Space Management and Infrastructure policy and Space Management and Allocation procedure. The new Space Management and Allocation procedure increases clarity and aligns with current space management and allocation practice. Additional changes to the procedure are: greater emphasis on sustainability, additional information on occupational health and safety, information about the role of space audits (clauses 57-58) and greater detail on the allocation of workspace (clause 36-53) and storage areas (clauses 54-56).Space Management and Allocation procedure
