Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy was established on the date of approval recorded in its context section. On 1 February 2016 policies and procedures were moved to the University's new Policy Library. For all intents and purposes the current version of this document is reflective of that published in the Guide prior to the new system launch. The document has been subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system and section headings.
