Summary of Changes from Previous Version

In December 2022, Deakin University revised its Integrity Framework including making the Integrity policy, Fraud and Corruption Prevention and Control procedure, Gifts and Hospitality Acceptance procedure and Declaration of Interest procedure and revoking the current: Integrity policy including Schedule A Integrity Framework; current Fraud and Corruption Prevention and Control policy and Fraud and Corruption Prevention and Control procedure (including Schedule Areas at Risk of Fraud and Corruption); current Gifts and Hospitality Acceptance policy; current Conflict of Interest procedure; and the Fraud and Corruption Prevention and Control policy.
Amendments were made to the Gifts and Hospitality Acceptance policy to: reposition it as a procedure; ensure coverage of University controlled entities; clarify that library donations did not fall within its scope; clarify that gifts must not be accepted from current suppliers; align positions with Deakin Reimagined.
